Standard Programs

Monthly Pest Control
Typically, we suggest monthly service schedules to apartment complexes, restaurants and problematic accounts. Twelve month commitment required.

Quarterly Pest Management
Treatment every three months. This will usually be your best option and our suggestion. Maintaing the service schedule is crucial to the efficacy and success of the service. For part time residents, we visit the home automatically every three months to service the outside. With this program, any callbacks or extra service calls are at no charge and are unlimited. If the bugs return, so do we.

Subterranean Termite Prevention/Control treatments
We exclusively use the Termidor Termiticide, except in special circumstances. An even Termidor barrier is precisely placed around the exterior of your home in areas that Termites may access the structure. Residuals last a minimum of five years. All of our WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) treatments come with a protection policy or termite bond unless specifically stated and signed by all parties. After the initial treatment your Termite Bond protects your property and it's contents against new damages. During the term of the agreement, Globe will return annually, to inspect and evaluate the treatment and structure.

Drywood Termite Treatments
In the "worst case scenario", a tent fumigation may be required. However, treatments are available that are much less intrusive and expensive. With these "local treatments", you may even be present during the application.

General Information
All of our work comes with a warranty. Payment arrangements are often available.

Pest of the month

Pharaoh Ant Monomorium pharaonis
Characteristics
Size:
Very small, about 1/8-inch in length and may easily be confused with several other types of pest ants.
Color: Yellow
Viewed under magnification, the antennae of the pharaoh ant have 12 total segments and end in a three-segmented antennal club.

The Pharoah Ant, one of the most difficult to control pests, are very commonly found in our area. Pay careful attention not to spray this species with any residual pesticides in effort to control the colony with any store bought products. This often makes the problem much more severe than it was before. They will often be found in kitchen and bathroom areas, where moisture is easily accessed.
If identified in your home, a pest management professional should be called to evaluate the situation.
